QDI has made a good and stable main board. It is very overclocking friendly, although not in its BIOS. It is an obvious advantage using the program StepEasy II. The main board has a lot of the things you need onboard but there isn't an onboard NIC, although there should be another version coming out soon. Even though it is only equipped with a passive chipset cooler, it is perfectly capable of OC'ing.
